DA/DAH series

DA/DAH series

Stamping presses

  • Press capacity: 300-1,200 US t
  • Part size: medium
  • Slide kinematics: crank motion
  • Application: blanking, stamping, bending, embossing

Stamping presses of the DA/DAH series are suitable for a wide range of medium sized parts and for blanking and drawing.

Features and benefits:
  • 2 point suspension with a wide installation and long 6-sided (DA) / 8-sided (DAH) guide for stronger off-center loads
  • Achieves a lower noise by operating the high precision reduction gear in the oil chamber
  • The clutch brakes ensure durability with excellent heat dissi-pation and makes it easier to maintain the unit
  • Increased strength and durability using forged crankshafts
  • Centralized circulating lubrication system ensures optimal lubrication
  • Clutch break comes with excellent heat radiating ability, assuring within an oil tank – creating low noise environment
  • Monotonous crank shaft is used to increase stiffness and durability
  • Motorized re-circulating lubrication system that guarantees optimized lubrication
Standard equipment:
  • Hydraulic overload protection
  • Electrical slide adjustment
  • Mechanical slide locking
  • Automatic slide counter balancing
  • Vibration isolation with spring dampers
  • Press force monitoring (single force and sum force)
Options:
  • Mechanical or pneumatic part ejector
  • Pneumatic die cushion
  • Press force monitoring (signature force)
  • Tandem die change carts
