On June 27th, SIMPAC and D&S Machine Repair, Inc. signed a service, spare parts, and distributor agreement. D&S, located in Hastings, MI, is expanding and adding a 12,000 square foot building, for which SIMPAC will store its spare parts for North American customers. The opening ceremony for this new facility will occur on July 10th of this year, and the new building will be up-and-running by February 2020.
